Horizon360 OS is a business management platform that provides tools for strategy planning, financial management, talent development, and operational oversight. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Horizon360, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide you with the opportunity to export your data for a reasonable period after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
